About The Position
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct all sales promotion programs involving on-premise accounts.
  • Keep his/her sales team up to date on changes in pricing, products, inventory, etc.
  • Checks pre-salesman’s routing and total call frequency on a regular basis to provide adequate retailer service, and time to sell.
  • Will on a determined schedule rotate his work schedule to ensure time to work with each pre-salesman assigned to on-premise accounts.
  • Establish and maintain a high profile with all on-premise accounts via a structured call frequency that includes compliance with ride-with and team selling standards.
  • Responsible for merchandising of all products sold by Bob Hall in all on-premise accounts.
  • Monitor rotation of all products and packages to ensure freshness of product.
  • Check Draft Technicians and Quality Assurance Representatives routing and call frequency on a regular basis to provide adequate on-premise service.
  • Ensure the proper installation of all P.O.S in all on-premise accounts to result in the greatest return of investment.
  • Work with Sales Manager in establishing and monitoring sales and distribution goals for on-premise Pre-Salesman.
  • Involved with Import/Specialty Sales Manager and Sales Manager in planning promotions for on-premise accounts.
  • Strive to maintain a high degree of harmony between on-premise staffing and other departments. Will work to assist, advise or serve without regard of line authority.
  • Orders, follows-up, and delivers Anheuser-Busch promotional products as requested by retail customers.
  • Perform all other duties requested by management.
