Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team (focusing on central California). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, as well as a passion for the beverage industry. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, generating new leads, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Generate proposals and close sales
- Provide excellent customer service
- Host brand tastings, demos, & trade events
- Track and report on sales performance
- Attend trade shows and industry events
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong drive and motivation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
