It’s no secret that the working world is changing. As technologies evolve and millennials and Gen Zers replace Baby Boomers and Gen Xers as the largest generations in the workforce, it’s become more clear that work itself is about to undergo a fundamental shift.

One area in particular where this shift is evident is in the benefits companies are offering their employees. Millennials and Gen Zers have different values and priorities than the generations before them. As such, the things they’re looking for in a company are different.

ForceBrands2019 Talent Market Report looked at the benefits CPG companies are offering this year as well as the benefits companies are not currently offering, but will be implementing in 2020 in an effort to meet the future needs of these new generations.
