The Director will lead the Team Hennessy Influencer Program in its second decade of success.   They will curate innovative concepts and program ideation for all marques of Hennessy relating to cultural relevance.  

The Director will collaborate with MH and their Agencies to bring the brand to life in 16 core communities with the underpinnings of the Big Bets, luxury branding, and legal constraints of the industry, while ensuring the growing capabilities of the team to articulate passion, share unique stories, and understand the motive to purchase.   

This role will report directly to the SVP for Strategic Group.

  • Develop, communicate and oversee the execution of Team Hennessy Influencer cultural programming strategy in line with client Must-Have-Programs (MHPs)
  • Serve as strategy lead for Team Hennessy and liaise with Hennessy Brand Team on program creation and playbook development 
  • Responsible for budget building, allocations, and oversight providing detailed monthly financial statements, quarterly reconciliations, and annual reports 
  • Analyze and manage program deliverables to drive effective use of client budget and ensure in line with annual business plans
  • Research, develop, and manage KPI strategies with input from client and influencer personnel 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quantitative results on time and to a high standard
  • Manage Team Hennessy Influencer integration in Above the Line campaigns and programming 
  • Manage integration of resources and agency involvement including but not limited to radio, PR, digital, logistics, sampling, and experiential
  • Production oversight of larger brand events and ad hoc programming 
  • Manage program trainings and materials within the defined budget
  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of all Team Hennessy roles as they open
  • Accountable for resolving personnel and cross-functional issues
  • Collaborate directly with Strategic Group’s Human Resources and Finance departments on all business matters


  • Develop consumer first influencer programming opportunities
  • Drive and champion innovation and creativity
  • Develop leadership and encourage ownability within direct reports 
  • Review and evaluate team and individual performance for development  
  • Formulate and implement policies/procedures for program execution, troubleshooting and communication protocol for the team, including but not limited to: 
  • Program quality control 
  • Support the communication process among the client team, distributor team, and Agency HQ 
  • Create and manage quantitative reporting online to include daily reporting to executive level client
  • Integrate Team Hennessy network for brand opportunities as needed
  • Manage incoming partnerships and opportunities utilizing a deep Rolodex of talent


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Accounting or related field. MBA preferred. 
  • 6-10 years of marketing experience in a corporate environment 
  • Familiarity with a variety of beverage/spirit concepts, practices, and procedures 
  • Network in sports, music, radio, and film industries
  • Strong knowledge of Agency / Client relationship 
  • Ability to manage, develop, and implement strategic plans to maximize financial efficiencies 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and public speaking skills 
  • Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals 
  • Entrepreneurial passion and energy to develop and present new strategies and direction 
  • Requires irregular hours, including nights and weekends 
  • Strong computer skills


  • 3-5 years of influencer and brand strategy-related experience 
  • B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) 
  • Comprehensive understanding of spirits to include regions/varietals, product/food pairing techniques, basic production, and service
