Responsible for the design, implementation, and facilitation of IT specific training curriculum in alignment with Red Bull Distribution Company strategies. Assess internal organization and program wide training needs in support of existing or new initiatives. Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees. Responsible for putting together key communications and research and assess best practices for training and communication solutions.

DEVELOP & TRAIN THE BUSINESS

Directs and oversees organization's sales training programs to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales force. Conducts initial needs analysis to determine knowledge gaps and training needs.

Develops training curricula and/or recommends or utilizes vendor programs that meet instructional goals and objectives.

Formulate training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, meetings, workshops, e-learning, and virtual training.

Identifies, selects and develops training aids, including training handbooks and multimedia visual aids.

Plan, develop, implement and administer focused IT programs for RBDC employees and contractors.

Collaborate with RBDC and RBNA business partners to ensure training content is aligned with Red Bull Distribution Company strategies and IT standards.

Develop and maintain training communication to ensure employees have knowledge and awareness of key initiatives.

Analyse and assess training and development needs for individuals, teams, and initiatives.

Facilitate and conduct classroom and individual training classes to support RBDC initiatives.

Implement metrics on the effectiveness of the training programs and modifies programs as needed.

Identify and incorporate best practices and lessons learned into program plans.

Develop learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and lesson plans.

Assess instructor performance and learning programs in order to recommend improvements to learning content and/or instructor presentation methods; may recruit, select, and train instructors.

Prepare and maintain a library of training content including PowerPoint presentations, guides, activities, videos, etc.

Schedule training sessions within individual training programs ensuring facility setup, audiovisual support and employee notification.

This position will collaborate with the analytics team to establish metrics that measure the performance and success of ongoing training programs. This way you can identify points of improvement and develop solutions that improve the effectiveness of training programs. Also leads reporting to senior management for the purpose of strategy formulation and informed decision-making.

Lead a cross-section of business users to drive the trainer concept to scale up knowledge of new systems and solutions in the organization quickly and effectively.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as needed.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years industry related experience
  • Understanding of adult learning theory
  • Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships
  • Prior success developing and implementing impactful training programs
  • Experience in change management
  • Effective verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills
  • Ability to create momentum in program usage and foster organizational change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and other IT systems
  • Work experience in all levels of a DSD organization preferred
  • Travel up to: 50%
