What You'll Do
We seek a collaborative and execution-oriented leader to deliver PRUSA's growth ambition for Chains ecommerce and help shape our approach for winning in this emerging channel. This is a highly visible role that requires collaboration across customers, the eCommerce business unit, and the broader brick-and-mortar chains organization. You will foster and lead the relationship with individuals with eComm/digital responsibilities within chains customer organizations, to ensure that PRUSA eCommerce priorities are well represented within the customer organization. You will evangelize, upskill, and serve as a visible eCommerce thought partner to chains customers as well as the broader PRUSA organization You will be successful if you are equally energized by navigating matrixed-environments and building/driving innovation at pace. This role is based in NYC with up to 30% travel (pending travel restrictions lifting)
The Role Shape and codifying ways of working with the PRUSA organization as well as with the customer, ensuring that eCommerce priorities are well representedShape category management strategy (brand/product/geography) in conjunction with brick-and-mortar chains counterparts, eCommerce BU, and brand teamsMaintain the knowledge infrastructure across Chains universe to enable cross-functional teams (e.g., customer eCommerce roadmap, organization map, geographic footprint, sales & performance data)Partner with the customer, eComm BU team and key distributor partners to
Plan, sell-in, implement and execute eComm programming (e.g., on-stie merchandising, online promotions, co-op media, customer media and custom landing pages) working in partnership with the eComm Shopper Marketing Team, Chains marketing & sales, and brandsClose distribution gapsSet up new products, maintain the digital shelf, in partnership with distributors and PRUSA teamsAcquire and analyze eCommerce performance data, using results to inform overall customer strategy, category management, and omni-channel programming
Team Leadership Recruit, manage & mentor one analystServe as a highly visible internal eCommerce expert and evangelist to the sales organization
