Your mission? Lead the development and implementation of the MH Private Sales Strategy in the US and across the rest of the Americas, in concert with the Moët Hennessy strategy and the Global MH Private strategy and drive the organizational success.
You will create the regional strategy to embark the different partners around the MH Private Sales distribution channel: the MH Private Global Team, the Moët Hennessy Maisons, MH North America, MH Latin America & Caribbean and LVMH USA partners.
You will engage with teams across a complex matrix organization to ensure the business achieves its short- and long-term objectives. You will build trusting relationships with other LVMH Luxury Maisons present primarily in the US to create synergies and develop new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for setting the Regional Moët Hennessy Private Sales long-term strategy and be accountable for the business operations, financial performance, team engagement and investments.
Leading a great team of dedicated Private Client managers and enabling functions, you will not only drive the team's achievement of business objectives but spearhead the development of an environment where each team member continues to grow and thrive. Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic Development and Planning
- You will build from our success to date to define the sales strategy for MH Private Americas, enhancing our distinct client channels and building our team capabilities whilst supporting the overarching ambition for MH Private, Moët Hennessy and LVMH.
- You will lead a team of Private Client Managers & directors in the US and the rest of Americas.
- You will represent MH Private in regional forums and influence key partners to win investment and share of voice to support our growth ambitions.
Sales & Business Performance - You will drive performance and lead the achievement of Private Sales targets, being responsible for the planning, alignment, and execution of our sales activities to grow revenue, profit and sales volume.
- You will influence the different partners (brand team, finance and other regional/ local teams) to deliver unique high-end products and experiences to satisfy our clients' unique needs and to deliver high-profile brand events to boost desirability and drive sales.
Client Experiences and Evolution
- You will support the Private Client managers team to identify, recruit and maintain a list of private clients and ensure we continue to deliver best-in-class client experiences.
- You will ensure local and regional activations are aligned with MH Private global guidelines, to allow consistency.
- You will set expectations, and ensure those expectations are met whilst playing a key role in the personal engagement of exceptional clients.
- You will supervise the animation of client development strategies by driving alignment and collaboration across teams, providing clear objectives and direction, driving CRM critical metrics and continuing to gain investment to evolve distinct client engagement tools and technology.
- You will explore initiatives and propose new ideas to recruit clients.
Team Leadership
- You will help your direct reports with consistent coaching, identify their development needs, and apply key business partners to elevate their performance.
- You will maintain a pulse on our talent in your markets, and talent mapping and calibration, to build a strong network and establish an external talent bench.
- You will also monitor and evaluate team performance, making result-driven decisions to optimize workload and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Additionally, you will cultivate strong relationships both within the team and with global partners, promoting effective communication and collaboration across the MH ecosystem.
- You will cultivate a work environment that is diverse, equitable, inclusive, and ensure that the uniqueness of each employee is respected.
