The Finance Manager will play a key role in the financial planning process, business analysis and reporting of financial results related to General & Administrative (G&A) spend.
The Finance Manager will act as the business partner to various departments, providing day-to-day financial guidance, presenting monthly G&A results, and leading each through the budgeting/forecasting processes. The Finance Manager will lead financial headcount planning and reporting for salaried employees.

Build relationships with customers, including new customers not previously supported in this function Partner with People Ops to reconcile latest organizational changes to inform reporting and financial planning Develop new reporting to address current gaps Proactively identify and address process improvements and data discrepancies Delegate work where appropriate to direct report (potential in future)
QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience Category: 6 to 8 years
Experience:
Experience with reporting financial results and financial budgeting Strong competence with financial analysis and accounting practices Beverage alcohol and/or CPG experience highly desirable
