Market Manager - Los Angeles

- Cultivate strong relationships with key on and off-premise accounts within the market, promoting our brands to expand distribution, volume, and brand recognition, including through digital advertising and social media. 
- Ensure repeat orders, product features, and promotional activities for key accounts. 
- Maintain a visible presence at the distributor's office and arrange rides to targeted accounts. 
- Act as the primary contact for distributor sales teams, keeping them informed about local and national objectives and programs while offering support for all sales-related activities. 
- Hold meetings with distributor management to strengthen our position and assist in achieving core objectives. 
- Align with local events and participate when opportunities align with our strategy, including executing national initiatives in the local market. 
- Actively engage in promotions and tasting events, often scheduled in the evenings or on weekends. 
- Stay informed about customer and consumer trends and develop programs to capitalize on these trends. 
- Manage a calendar of activities and promotions, ensuring effective communication with distributors and third-party agencies. 
- Provide regular feedback on program metrics, in-market best practices, competitive activities, successes, and brand opportunities to the Sales Director and Brand Team. 

**Qualifications & Experience** 
- Motivated individual with 2-5 years of experience in beverage alcohol sales. 
- Field sales experience, with an emphasis on new business development, face-to-face selling, and closing deals. 
- Existing relationships with key accounts catering to the targeted consumers
- Strong organizational, time management, and budgeting skills, with a problem-solving mindset. - Ability to work independently, manage a personal schedule, and lead activation efforts. 
- This role may require evening and weekend work, as it's a full-time position with non-standard hours. 
- Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
