1.       Deliver Budget Contribution

2.      Execute Drive & Develop Brands On-Premise Account Targeting and Drink Solution Strategies

3.      Manage Distributor Partner(s) to focus on Drive Brands at Retail

WHOLESALER MANAGEMENT & ENGAGEMENT
  • Delivery of Depletions targets through strategic expansion and velocity objectives
  • Management of Distributor Programming and Pricing
  • Execution of Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews 
  • Lead GSMs / Manager Meetings
  • Conduct Work Withs & Account Surveys 
  • LMF Management & Reporting
  • Chargeback Management & Reporting
KEY ACCOUNT DISTRIBUTION, VISIBILITY & ACTIVATION
  • Collaborate with commercial leadership to define a target list of On-Premise/Off-Premise accounts specifically     within home market.
  • Develop strong working relationships with the assigned accounts - bartenders & account staff - and collaborate with distributor personnel to secure additional Branca USA brands distribution in these accounts.
  • Ensure Branca USA brands are featured in the assigned accounts per defined brand standards.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to commercial leadership.
  • Analyze effectiveness of activities through reporting and impact capabilities, adapt accordingly for maximum ROI.
  • Trade/event execution. 
  • Ensure National Account mandates are managed and executed. 
  • Key Account KPI delivery measurable by VIP/KARMA reporting.
YOUR EXPERTISE
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a distributor and/or supplier role.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven ability in building and leading an empowered team, developing talent by creating a sense of belonging to help them meet both their career goals and the organization’s goals. 
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills are essential. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with web-based reporting tools for data management and reporting. 
  • Strong budget management skills, with the ability to plan and allocate resources efficiently. 
  • 50% travel required.
