Job Description
This role supports the Sales team and reports to the Co-Director of Sales, East.   This individual will maintain account call points; maintain & develop accounts (chain, general market, on-premise);  build the brand via activation & programs; and will check on execution as requested by Chain team. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

HOME MARKET - FIELD

  • Call on, manage & develop targeted regional accounts - both on and off premise
  • Work independently & with distributors to build positive working relationships & increase share of mind
  • Organize and execute events and brand activations independently and in partnership with local accounts
  • Achieve quarterly sales and distribution targets and volume 
  • Manage expectations of brand standards, including placement of POS 
  • Schedule & conduct sales meetings & brand launches at distributor (GSMs)
  • Manage local POS inventory & order as needed
  • Open new accounts & build consumer awareness in existing accounts
  • Establish working knowledge of territory’s potential new account base
  • Set up promotion & sampling events to drive consumer awareness
Job Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years sales experience 
  • Beverage alcohol industry experience preferred 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, IRI, VIP, Power BI, project management software, CRM software
  • Accustomed to working with Nielsens 
  • Must be able to lift 50LB
