About The Position
Falcon is looking for a well spoken, go-getter for our in-house Client Service department. This person provides customer service support to our sales representatives and retail accounts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • #1 Job is to obsess over our clients
  • Responsible for providing valid information on all products and services
  • Opening customer accounts by recording account information
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information
  • Resolving product or service problems by: 
    • Clarifying the customer's complaint
    • Determining the cause of the problem
    • Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and Expediting correction or adjustment. 
  • Following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments & collecting on AR
  • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Answering customers’ questions, as well as collecting customers’ complaints or issues in order to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested
  • Documenting all calls with regards to participant inquires accurately using appropriate tracking system data
  • Follow-up with participants within a 24-hour period in regards to the initial phone call, even if it is to just touch base and let the participant know the inquiry is still being researched
  • Providing detailed knowledge of products and services – up-selling and cold calling
  • Providing quality customer service on every call
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with participants
  • Promoting good listening skills
  • Organize and prioritize duties

    REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Must be 21+
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree desired
  • Data entry along with fast typing skills 
  • Experience with operating computer software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  • Prior customer service or sales background experience is a plus but not required
