New England Regional Sales Manager

Enovation Brands is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the New England market. We are looking for a professional who has existing relationships with New England distributors as well as key on & off premise accounts. With a focus on Massachusetts this position will manage the entire New England market that also includes: Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. 

We are seeking a multi tasker who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Distributor Management includes sales promotions, bill backs and pricing.
Managing new and existing accounts
Reporting monthly sales activity to management
Ability to open new accounts and work within the distribution network to establish new points of distribution
Coordinate and manage wine tastings

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years Key Account Sales experience required within Massachusetts and New England markets
Proven ability to manage distributors & key accounts
Well organized the ability to adapt changing work environment
Experience with Italian Wine Brands and Off Premise Volume drivers
Ability to handle multiple priorities against multiple deadlines
Effectively communicate/present to distributor sales teams
An ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
Ability to work with Excel, Power Point, Word, & Distributor Diver or VIP
Proven to be results-oriented

Can lift and manage 40-50lbs of work materials
Has a valid drivers license

Must be based in Boston or immediate area
