This is an opportunity to help build a brand from the ground up with a small, entrepreneurial team in a role that will grow with the company. As a nimble company in a dynamic landscape, these responsibilities are subject to change as the business needs evolve.

What You’ll Do:
  • Execute sales and signature serve strategy in New Jersey, state wide, to achieve sales goals through quality placements that help build the brand
  • Work to establish and leverage Le Moné as the “must have” offerings in the aperitif/low alcohol and spritz category 
  • Develop relationships in key Le Moné markets in the on and off premise to gain high-quality placements/points of distribution and ensure sell through
  • Work with Le Moné distributor field reps to execute on sales goals, communicate brand strategy & programming
  • Work with Le Moné leadership to lead sales strategy, design programming, and develop impactful brand messaging that will resonate in market
  • Use social media to promote your accounts and placements in line with brand guidelines
  • Plan and coordinate sales-oriented programming, events and tastings, both at accounts and festivals/markets
  • Additional sales responsibilities include but not limited to: account support in on and off premise ie tastings/demos, coordinating agency application, scheduling/executing/coordinating brand events with ambassadors for brand engagement
  • Work collaboratively across company and departments to execute business objectives, sales strategies, and marketing strategies

What You Bring:
  • 2-3 years of experience in wine and spirits sales within the New Jersey market
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
  • Existing account list and relationships within the on and off premise in New Jersey
  • Strong knowledge of the wine and spirits industry, including key players, market trends, and consumer preferences
  • Energetic and self-motivated with a passion for wine and spirits.
  • Experience with cocktail recipe development a plus
  • Personable, empathetic, outgoing, and loves to engage with people 
  • Works well under pressure, can adapt to different situations and feedback, and is able to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Shows strong networking skills and ability to build and maintain relationships within accounts, communities and organizations 
  • A creative mindset to develop programming, promotions, cocktails, messaging and strategies
  • Basic understanding of social media tools including Instagram to promote your wins
  • A high level of autonomy and independence to plan your days and use your time effectively
  • Customer service focused, going above and beyond to support your accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Meticulous planning, organizational skills, and record-keeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive programs
  • Basic understanding of VIP and other industry-standard reporting tools
  • Must reside in New Jersey
  • Owning a car is a must


This job is based in New Jersey, preferred location near NYC, or quick accessibility to major metro areas and will require state wide travel. Minimal, but required travel to assist with adjacent markets. Working nights and weekends for festivals, markets, events, and tastings will be required at times.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Job duties often involve frequent standing and walking throughout the shift

Compensation: 
This job offers a competitive salary and is eligible for commissions/bonus.
