About The Position
Searching for a local brand spokesperson with a primary objective to drive distribution and velocity in the top bars and restaurants - looking for someone with a passion for agave & strong relationships in the trade.
The Casa Dragones Brand Ambassador will serve as a local brand spokesperson with a primary objective to drive distribution and velocity in the top bars and restaurants; They will develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and market influencers to inspire, educate, build reputation, improve distribution, and visibility of Casa Dragones.

The focus will be cocktail placements, education, product placement, merchandising, and overall sales.  Additionally, this person will perform a variety of trade and consumer trainings and tastings, in line with the brand and product communication guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:
Market Execution:    
  • Accomplish Sales Objectives and Goals
  • Builds a strong relationship with the key assigned on-premise accounts and increase brand velocities via menu and cocktail placements etc.     
  • Promote, market, and place Casa Dragones in key accounts      
  • Create selling relationship with high-image, high-volume accounts      
  • Build relationships with local influencers to growth brand awareness    
  • Educate consumers, servers, bartenders, and distributors on Casa Dragones      
  • Identified on/off premise accounts where distribution is needed or needs to be defended or grown      
  • Execute the highest quality standards of retail executions in order to deliver CD objectives    
  • Gain new point of distribution from high acv target list provided by CD market director.       
  • Conduct staff training in on- and off-premise accounts, as needed.      
  • Focus on distribution goals within assigned market to ensure targets are met      
  • Identify opportunities for growth and profitability      
  • Survey the market regularly and report back key findings on competitive pricing, execution, POS, etc…
Job Requirements:      
  • Minimum of 2 years experience (mixology, bartender, liquor sales)      
  • Able to maintain a high level of professionalism in social environments
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal      
  • Self-directed, resourceful, adaptable, and highly motivated      
  • Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines      
  • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, high energy, team-oriented atmosphere     
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office preferred      
  • At times the position will require non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds      
  • Drivers license, insurance and safe driving record
