Role Responsibilities

The Cybersecurity Manager is a key member of the Global Information Security team who works collaboratively with Enterprise Infrastructure, Applications, Architecture and Plant Engineering teams to define, implement, and maintain security standards for Beam Suntory's Industrial Control Systems (ICS) across its Global footprint of plants and distilleries

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with CISO, IT stakeholders and plant management to create detailed OT security strategy
  • Manage and maintain network segmentation between OT and IT networks
  • Manage and monitor OT and Network security toolsets and vendors
  • Perform coordination and scheduling of anti-virus and patching updates on OT machines
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and plant engineering teams to ensure network security tools are configured and monitored to mitigate risk
  • Create detailed project plans, network architecture and standard operational procedures
  • Analyze and suggest recommended improvements to the OT systems and programs to meet industry standards and best practices
  • Perform research and stay informed on the latest threats and cyber vulnerabilities across multiple OT systems
  • Provide advice and recommendations for systems improvements that will result in improved cyber security posture
  • Work with key stakeholders to evaluate OT systems and their integration with other OT and IT systems from a cyber and networking perspective
  • Evaluate security requirements for the applications and interfaces with other equipment and systems
  • Support M&A and other activities as assigned by the manager

Qualifications & Experience

Desired Qualifications
  • In depth understanding of operating systems, active directory, network/system architecture, and IT architecture design
  • At least 7-10 years of networking experience i.e. firewalls, IDS/IPS, switches, routers, VPN etc.
  • Experience managing 3rd party vendors and driving SLAs
  • Familiarity with NAC tools such as Forescout, Cisco ISE etc.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools - Antivirus, SIEM, VM scanner, etc.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE) and risk management
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work collaboratively
  • Project management skills to meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and participate as a team player
  • One or more of the following certifications is preferred - CCNA, CISSP, CSSA, GICSP
  • Experience working with OT engineering teams preferred
  • Experience with any OT security tools such as Darktrace, Dragos, Nozomi Networks, Claroty etc. is a plus
