160over90 is seeking an Field Marketing Manager willing to support activations for major alcohol brands. Candidates must be based in Tampa or Greater Miami, or the immediate surrounding area.


JOB DETAILS
Seeking one (1) Field Market Manager to support the internal 160Over90 team with focus on one of our leading clients in the alcohol beverage space. The Field Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of program execution in their respective market – estimated to be 40 hours a week. 
 

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Field Market Manager to support the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs based in Florida.  This position will consist of hiring / training Brand Ambassadors, managing inventory and a local storage facility, onsite event management, and completion of weekly Payroll submission and approval for all staff. 

 The candidate should be prepared for a fluid work schedule as well as the inclusiong of some weekends and holidays.   

 The Field Market Manager is responsible for working effectively with the internal 160Over90 Team to achieve positive client results. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, work well in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for event production, execution, and logistics.
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Support the 160Over90 Team on all aspects of event activation 
  • Lead and manage full state programming including on premise, off premsie and special events
  • Work with the local market Team Lead, Program Manager and client Key Account Managers on a daily basis, as needed 
  • Ensure staff are completing weekly activation recaps 
  • Provide feedback to Program Manager to improve sales of all brand products 
  • Develop and sustain relationships with client liaisons and staff within assigned products 
  • Take ownership of activation elements 
  • Present a professional, enthusiastic, and engaging demeanor to client, sponsors, patrons and teammates at each event 

QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Must reside in or near Tampa FL or Miami, FL 
  • Must have 3+ years Lead Brand Ambassador or Field Manager experience 
  • Reliable means of transportation 
  • Daily access to a PC computer with internet/email access 
  • Must be available to assist internal 160/90 staff and clients as needed throughout the week 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Pays close attention to detail 
  • Excellent customer focus, interpersonal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to proactively anticipate obstacles and create solutions 
  • Must possess a strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment 
  • Willing and able to work nonstandard work hours and weekends as required (this is not a 9 to 5 job
