About The Position

Title: Brand Ambassador (BA)

Immediate Manager: Field Marketing Manager (FMM) & Team Lead (TL)

Secondary Manager: National Field Marketing Manager (NFMM)

Compensation: $18+/ hour

Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor

Focus: BA’s are a group of personable, outgoing, sales driven individuals who promote brand awareness, positive product impressions, customer loyalty and increase sales through product demonstration using effective communication of brand talking points.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • All BA’s will start with a 15+ demo probationary period in which your TL will be calling dairy for requesting demos and ordering dairy. On the day of the demo, BA’s will call the store to ensure sufficient product has arrived. After the probationary period the brand ambassador will follow the below additional responsibilities: 
    • Complete and finalize all demos given by your TL or FMM by the 15th of each month via Promomash
    • Coordination with store managers, demo coordinators and dairy team leads on schedules, product levels and demo guidelines at least 14+ days prior to each demo
  • Organization and hosting of in-store retail demos involving setting-up, sampling and completing demonstration with an emphasis on cleanliness, organization and the ability to follow instructions
  • Capture demo results by reporting all pertinent info Promomash by midnight 12am.
  • Capture and upload required demo images to Promomash: look of success set up with BA photo, beginning dairy shelf photo, and dairy set photo
  • Maintain relationships with existing sales accounts through POS placement, store merchandising and maintaining positive relationships with the in-store dairy team. Turn on the charm and greet them with a legend-dairy smile
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to expertly articulate product features and benefits
  • Ability to positively engage the public
  • Ability to represent the brand in a highly positive manner
  • Access to a computer/smart phone for reporting sampling results
  • Must have a reliable transportation
  • Must have a smartphone with data
  • Must have a folding table 2.5 ft. – 4 ft. depending on regional retailer needs
  • Must have a food handlers permit
