The only proper way to host a Fail Friday event is to do it on a Thursday.
Food + Tech Connect, the world’s largest community for food tech and innovation, partnered with ForceBrands to host the seventh installment of Fail Friday, an event series designed to celebrate failure. Hosted at ForceBrands’ TriBeCa headquarters in lower Manhattan, the event brought together food entrepreneurs and leaders who shared their stories of failure and lessons learned from launching, growing and pivoting their businesses.
The evening’s presenters included Brian Bordainick, Founder, Dinner Lab; Brian Rudolph, Co-Founder & CEO, Banza; Danielle Gould, Founder, Food+Tech Connect & Co-Founder, Co-CEO, Alpha Food Labs; Michael Zaro, COO, Zaro’s Family Bakery; and Gregory Zamfotis, Founder & CEO, Gregorys Coffee.
Attendees enjoyed sampling products from Cook Space Brooklyn, Zaro’s Bakery, Banza, Good Spread, Victory Garden, Mama O’s Premium Kimchi, Deep Eddy Vodka, and Teavore.
