💰 Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 + Bonus + T&E

Are you an experienced liquor sales professional with a strong network in the industry? Do you thrive in distributor management, sales execution, and brand advocacy? Wash Line LLC is looking for a Southeast Area Manager to represent J. Rieger & Co., a leading craft whiskey distillery, across the Southeast region.
This is a high-impact role with a focus on relationship management, sales growth, and brand activation in key markets.


💰 Compensation & Benefits

🔹 Responsibilities

Distributor Relationship Management
·       Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners.
·       Conduct work-withs, attend GSMs, and monitor inventory levels.
·       Create and maintain an account target list for strategic growth.
·       Roll out programming and incentive plans with distributor partners.


Sales & Market Growth
·       Drive sales to meet and exceed market growth objectives.
·       Develop and execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to drive sales.
·       Conduct off-premise tastings to increase visibility and sell-through.
·       Lead on-premise activations to enhance brand awareness and demand.


Marketing & Brand Advocacy
·       Represent the brand at trade shows, distributor presentations, and industry events.
·       Collaborate with the J. Rieger & Co. marketing team on new releases and promotions.
·       Maintain and distribute marketing materials for buyers, distributors, and consumers.
