Tromba Brand Ambassador - Austin TX - Part time (option to expand to full time)

Our Brand Ambassador requires a strong ability to build relationships, execute brand events, and take an entrepreneurial approach to sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for tequila and the beverage alcohol industry, and a knack for educating and inspiring others about the premium quality of Tequila Tromba. 
 
As part of this role, you will collaborate with local sales teams and partners to drive brand activation and sales opportunities, while managing event schedules and budgets within brand guidelines. We are looking for a self-starter with a dynamic, sales-minded spirit who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Scope:
This role is regionally focused on the Austin, Texas area. Local travel is a key requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new accounts and sales opportunities for Tromba in the on-premise and retail channels
  • Educate local sales teams and bar/restaurant staff about the Tromba brand, ensuring they are well-equipped and motivated to promote the products
  • Service numerous Tromba current accounts to maintain and build relationships
  • Ensure the correct distribution of Point of Sale materials and sales tools to customers
  • Plan and execute brand events, tastings, and activations within budgetary guidelines
  • Conduct staff trainings on tequila, cocktail trends, and Tromba’s premium product offerings
  • Attend and represent the brand at select sponsorship and promotional events in the region
  • Complete post-event reports in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with the international brand ambassador team to align on brand messaging and strategy
  • Additional related duties as assigned
 
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a deep passion for tequila and an enthusiasm for the beverage alcohol industry
  • Experience in the hospitality, beverage, or sales industry (previous experience with premium alcohol brands preferred, but not required)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to seeking out new opportunities
  • Ability to lift and carry 45-65 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (car allowance provided)
