Sales Training Capabilities Manager

Position Responsibilities: 
* Lead the enhancement of the sales organization’s training capabilities, overseeing the creation, management, and refinement of aligned training programs for various audiences while developing future leaders and having high visibility with the sales leadership team 
* Develop, execute, and continuously evolve a comprehensive learning and development strategy that drives high performance and enhances the employee experience 
* Lead a team of sales professionals in managing and delivering sales training programs virtually and in-person, with a focus on management and leadership skills 
* Build curricula and training materials for a range of management and leadership development programs to promote capabilities aligned with the company’s values and expectations 
* Monitor, analyze, and report on program key results to ensure that sales training initiatives are driving growth and performance 
* Conduct needs analyses and coordinate with the business to ensure training programs meet organizational needs and support a pipeline of functional and business leaders 
* Up to 20-25% domestic travel as needed 
* Other duties as assigned 

 Required Education and Experience:? 
* Bachelor’s Degree and 6 plus years related experience with 3 plus years of management experience OR High School diploma and 9 plus years of specific experience with 4 plus years of management experience 
Preferred Education and Experience:? 
* Master’s Degree
