Based in New York City, the Market the Sr. Manager, Market Activation will be in charge to:

  • Be the local "go to" Brand Co representative for any business or brand related matter (hence enabling focus of Creative Content Manager on Creative development)
  • Ensure consistency and robustness of developments and plans across the cluster (PR USA & Corby), at both brand & portfolio level where relevant.
  • Enhance consumer centricity fueling creative development with strong cultural insights gathered locally with PR USA teams, including specific Multi-Cultural insights when relevant
  • Ensure wiring and inclusion of key individuals from the Brand Co., Drive Market and Lookalike Markets at critical points during the creative process
  • Ensure key individuals are aware of asset requirements and status of development


  • Act as "Traffic manager" of communication between Brand Co and PR USA & Corby and be the local "go to" Brand Co representative for any business / brand related matter.
  • Understand and validate cluster country needs & share them with Creative Content Manager of Drive Market. This can include specific needs to address opportunities with Multi-Cultural consumers.
  • Support orchestration of content use in cluster countries (e.g. activation guidelines, translation...)
  • Animate brand marketing community within cluster (local consumer engagement managers): content sharing, activation best practices & guidelines, efficient communication between asset creators & asset users within cluster
  • Be aware of the entire creative development process, timelines and milestones and ensure key individuals are wired and included during critical moments of the process
  • Clarify and document asset requirements in every supported market, maintain schedule/status of deliverables, maintain knowledge management system, provide ad-hoc support where needed
  • Coordinate PR USA participation in HoT global initiatives (Tahona Society competition, World's 50 Best Bars partnership, etc.)
  • Contribute to development of Agave portfolio activation guidelines (RPVA-PROS matrix, role of each brand/SKU when in the same account, etc.)


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Sales / Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing / Commercial
  • Including minimum 2 years in US Market
  • Preferably in Spirits / Beverage / FMCG Industry

  • Sharp understanding of cultural, business & regulatory specificities within cluster
  • Basic operational marketing (media mix, pricing...) & commercial experience
  • Experience in community animation (incl. through digital tools)
  • Experience/Knowledge in Multicultural Marketing (in the US) is a plus
  • Language: Spanish is a plus
