- Industry Experience a must have
- The NTX Market Manager will be home based in Dallas/Fort Worth.
- 4 year college degree preferred.
- Requires a current, valid state driver’s license, ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements.
- Strong business, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Innovative and proactive
- Demonstrates a commitment to doing things the right way with a high level of attention to detail and high personal standards of performance
- Progressive sales experience preferably in the beverage industry
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell Endless West products.
- Pursue sales leads, personally visit existing and new customers, assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services, prepare price quotes, delivery dates and service obligations to meet established revenue targets.
- Directs sales campaigns with company products visiting 8-10 customers daily
- Develop new accounts through cold-calling on prospective new customers.
- Be the front-line face of Endless West and our brands with the primary task of achieving distribution and volume targets while fostering brand loyalty and development.
Compensation Structure:
- $4133 to $5833 a month
- Quarterly bonus opportunities
- Independent Contractor position- 1099 - to start
