The hourly range for this role, based in Arkansas is $ 20.80 to $ 26.00. The r ange will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries Hourly Rates are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

Responsible for coordinating activities to support the bulk export production in maintaining and reporting all inventory levels of export shipments.This includes the approval, documentation and processing of incoming bulk loads, empty ISO containers and supplies. Enter completed blends to appropriate systems for Bulk Exports. Support administrative needs of Processing operations. This person is the point person for the program and will collaborate with Planning, Logistics, TAC, Processing Team, and transporters (Stolt, KYFY, BOASSO, etc).

Accountabilities

- Coordination of Bulk Shipments:

  • Coordinate, monitor and review documentation for bulk export shipments. Coordinate all outbound bulk shipments with processing, planning and logistics and trucking companies.
  • Troubleshoot any issues with documentation including BOL, invoices, regulatory etc...
  • Ensure all shipments go out per schedule. Includes outside duties such as seal checks, yard checks on ISO containers, etc.

  • - Production Efficiency:

  • Approve, document and process incoming bulk loads to support bulk export production schedule.
  • Assist in coordinating monthly inventory counts. Accurate reporting of all inventory levels and documentation of incoming bulk supplies.
  • Compliance with FIFO inventory methodology.
  • Coordinate custom documentation for shipments with Government Records.
  • Report all monthly inventory levels through proper reports for financial and government records for TTB reporting
  • Systems updates/E1 support for Operations.

  • - Team Effectiveness:

  • Seeks information on key issue from Quality lab, office staff and operators. Utilize communication skills in daily interactions.
  • Develops effective systems and approaches to increase personal efficiency and eliminate non-valued activities

  • - Core Requirements:

  • ISO training requirements targeting zero infractions to department.
  • DOT training and compliance.
  • Visual Factory reporting.
  • HACCP / GMP implementation and certification.
  • Continually reviews processes and work practices to improve product quality and customer service.

  • - Safety:

  • Compliance with Health and Hygiene policy.
  • Compliance with DOT / HazMat policies.
  • Compliance with safety and PPE regulations.
  • Support the Pernod Ricard Safety Culture initiative and report any safety risk or concerns to department management.
  • Must follow written PPE requirements and abide by all safety guidelines outlined in procedures and work instructions.
  • Employees are required to report all accidents, incidents, and near-misses immediately. These would include all non-disabling and disabling injuries and occupational illnesses, fatalities, fires, and explosions, property damage, chemical spills, and any incident having the potential for property damage or personal injury.

    Education:

  • Preferred: College Certificate - Associates Degree
  • Preferred: Bachelor Degree in Business

  • Experience/Background:

  • Experience in E1, Microsoft Office Experience, organizational skills.

  • Technical Functional Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Detail oriented.
