Job Description
The Regional Manager will be responsible for the business objectives of that region, including distributor management, sales development, and managing direct reports. This role will manage the Southeast Region, and any candidate must reside in DC Metro Area; Atlanta, GA; Tampa, FL or Orlando, FL.   This position will report to our Director of Sales.

Job Description 

  • Support and manage distributor partners, and Owl’s Brew’s Territory Managers, in executing against our shared plan for the year (ABP)
  • Drive elevated levels of execution across region in Off & On Premise Volume & Distribution
  • Track identified metrics (sales, distribution, display, POS, etc.), providing timely performance reports and recaps
  • Manage Distributor Relationships: Collaborate with Brand / Portfolio Managers, Sales Managers, with Excellent communication with internal and external teams
  • Partners with Key Account Team to manage chain & regional accounts
  • Collaborates with marketing team to develop & implement correct initiatives across region 
  • In-market for Selling individually, or with Distributor or Owl’s Brew TM work-withs; Crew Drives, etc. KPI’s include Account Visits & Case Commitments
  • Monthly meetings with key distributor personnel to discuss current performance and develop plans to reach our shared goals
  • Work with TMs to monitor inventory for wholesalers within market
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve results, including leading recruiting and hiring TMs, leading promotional activities, product launches, to drive awareness and increase sales
  • Utilizes industry data tools (VIP, Nielsens) to analyze and develop weekly and monthly sales strategy.
  • Manage distributor inventory, ordering, and sales prospects, acquire new business and grow points of distribution
  • Account management (account visits, demos, on-premise samplings & events)

Job Requirements: 

  • College Degree
  • +7-10 years experience in Sales or Distributor Management in beer or spirits industry
  • Organized, self-disciplined, resourceful, detail oriented & sociable
  • Excellent written & verbal skills
  • Familiar with VIP, Nielsens, IRI, and other industry programs/platforms
  • Must have the ability to lift and move 35 lbs. cases of beer
  • Must live in defined territory
  • Valid and clean driver’s license, registration & insurance as well as a reliable vehicle to travel to various markets
