Accounts Payable Associate
Perform a variety of general accounting tasks, specific to area of accounts payable or accounts receivable.

Starting Salary Range: $22.00-$25.00

Essential Duties:
- Assist in month-end/year-end closing activities
- Data entry, review, and verification
- Matching invoices to documentation
- Other duties as assigned
Education/ Experience/Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in related field
- Research accounting discrepancies
- Prepare various accounting statements and reports.
- Basic knowledge of cash management
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business information, procedures, regulations and reports
- Ability to prepare business communications including reports and business correspondence
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with coworkers, including presenting information and responding to questions
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ability to exercise initiative and judgment as well as make decisions within the scope of assigned authority
