Area Sales Manager

As the Area Sales Manager (ASM) your role is responsible for the strategic sales execution for your market.  You’ll team up with our distributor partners to win over new customers and safeguard the loyalty of our established accounts.
 
Working closely with your Regional VP, you’ll craft and execute sales strategies tailored to your market.  With special focus on the most impactful retail and on-premise accounts, you’ll drive sales growth by showcasing the Mom Water Magic to your retail and distributor contacts.
 
That’s not where the fun ends! Your journey as ASM will include leading engaging product tastings, creating epic events, working festivals, and completing collaborative field work with your distributor reps.  When you are out and about, you’ll utilize your amazing storytelling skills to educate consumers and the trade on the Mom Water family of products.  You’ll also use your eye for design to deploy impactful point of sales items to create show stopping displays.
And last but certainly not least, as the ASM, you’ll become the Mom Water market expert and go to resource for all your customers and distributor partners for all things Mom Water.  If this sounds like the perfect role for you keep reading for more details. 


Primary Roles and Responsibilities
  • Craft your sales strategy and dial up all your industry contacts to successfully grow the sales volume, distribution and consumer awareness within your            territory. 
  • Work in tandem with our distributor partners, crafting tailored plans for each selling channel under the guidance of the RVP.
  • Make an impact by growing relationships with the most important key accounts off & on-premise.
  • Get creative with programming and POS to determine the best opportunities to increase awareness and brand loyalty for Mom Water through on-                    premise events and retail promotions. 
  • Become the go to person for all things Mom Water in your territory.  
  • Step into the limelight at key events and festivals, shining the spotlight on the Mom Water brand.    
  • Command the stage by providing trade education at our distributor sales meetings, sharing the latest Mom Water news with our distributor and retail              partners.  
  • Lead a team of brand ambassadors, unleashing their energy and enthusiasm at tastings and events.   
  • Represent Mom Water with charm and professionalism, being an embodiment of the brand in all you do.
 
Qualifications
Education | Preferably equipped with a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, or equivalent experience that fuels your passion
Qualifications | Must be 21 years of age or older, hold a valid driver’s license, have capability to lift cases of product, and a can-do attitude are necessary.
Work Experience | A minimum of 3 Years of selling experience in the beverage alcohol or CPG industry preferred
