The Role 
Territory Sales Managers are responsible for driving sales and maximizing revenue growth within the designated territory, playing a crucial role in expanding our market presence, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in new and existing accounts. 

Key Accountability 
  • Gain new distribution in key on and off premise target accounts within territory 
  • Merchandise per brand standards in focus account universe 
  • Build relationships with key accounts 
  • Conduct consumer tasting events 2x/month 
What You’ll Do 
  • Execute priority Sales KPIs across selected account base including distribution, shelf and back bar placement, menus, features, staff trainings and merchandising in key On and Off premise target accounts within territory 
  • Work closely with distributor management; lead and attend GSMs and brand launches 
  • Work with key distributor reps in field with focus on distribution, merchandising, training and building strong business relations with our key customers 
  • Provide best-in-class customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Utilize market insights and data to optimize sales strategies, drive distribution, and create consumer demand for our portfolio  
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to build strong market plans and ensure high level execution 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, competitive activity, and best practices 
  • Manage A&P, T&E Budgets 
  • Manage and execute pricing strategies and revenue management KPIs 
Requirements
  • 3+ years distributor/supplier sales experience  
  • Strong understanding of the Metro Cincinnati Beverage Alcohol market, including key account and distributor management 
  • Existing knowledge of the on-premise and off-premise landscape  
  • Ability to travel within geographic territory 
  • Strong understanding of business metrics and the effective use of data to measure and drive business growth 
  • Strong judgment and professional maturity 
  • High motivation to excel independently 
  • An eager learner and conscientious worker who thrives in a high accountability environment 
  • EOS experience a plus 
Minimum Requirements 
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States 
  • Must have a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license 
  • Light lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling may be required 
Pay and Benefits 
Compensation range starts at $70,000 annually, with 20% bonus potential
