The role is responsible for managing all aspects of MABI brands in the assigned national accounts, as well as motivating and directing a team of Key Account Managers to create sales strategy, drive alignment, and deliver against ABP targets, while growing market share for the assigned customers.

Accontabilities:
  • Responsible for Key Account Managers sales performance and career development in the region that call on small and large format accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a business partnership with buyers and high level operations personnel at all accounts.
  • Assist Design/Create retail programs with help of marketing, Key Account Managers, and outside agencies
  • Review CatMan activity during spring/fall reset process, attend and participate in promotional sales calls and New Item Meetings during year
  • Liaison between KA communication and field execution

Key Metrics & Financial Targets:
  • Growth is 50%: ABP volume ex-innovation, ABP volume innovation and deliver investment plan
  • Execution is 40%: Deliver ABP PODs ex-innovation and Deliver ABP PODs innovation
  • Share is 10%: Grow WC share of Seltzer, Grow Mike's share of FMB, Grow Cayman share of FMB, and Grow MABI share of Flavor

Own:
  • Sales Targets and off-premise key account relationships
  • Sales Strategy Execution within key accounts
  • Career Development of Key Account Managers

Influence:
  • Influencing buyers at retailers to purchase our priority list and First in Flavor Platform
  • Key Account Team to sell in a program for Field Sales execution

Veto:
  • They may have a say in defining or adjusting the sales programs at their accounts

Critical Relationships:
  • Growth Strategy and Insights Division

Skills Needed To Be Successful:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, preferably in alcohol industry
  • 5-7 years in key accounts with relationships and experience calling on chain customers
  • Strong analytical and math skills for budgeting, analysis, and thorough knowledge of syndicated data and business procedures
