Job Title: Sales Director/National Accounts Director (Remote)



Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director/National Accounts Director to lead and grow our sales efforts across half of the United States while managing and expanding key national accounts. This role is remote and requires a proactive, results-driven leader with a strong understanding of the wine, spirits, and preferably beer distribution landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing relationships, driving sales growth, and succeeding in a fast-paced, start-up culture.

   Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales across an assigned half of the United States. 
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with national accounts, wine and spirit distributors, and beer distributors. 
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for Caravella’s unique portfolio. 
- Implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets for assigned territories and key accounts. 
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with company objectives. 
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reporting, and insights to leadership. 
- Represent Caravella at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and foster new relationships. 
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.

   Qualifications: 
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on national accounts and distributor management in the wine, spirits, or beer industry. 
- Established relationships with wine and spirits distributors, national accounts, and preferably beer distributors. 
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving ambitious targets. 
- A hunter mentality with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities. 
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to cultivate and maintain trust with partners and clients. 
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial/start-up environment; ability to thrive with autonomy and adapt quickly. 
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

   Additional Information:
- Location: Remote (based in the United States). 
- Travel: Required (up to 50%) for client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.
