This role supports the VP, Sales (LRB) in business planning, analyzing sales performance, and identifying areas of opportunity. They are a key contributing member of the LRB Sales Organization supporting all-important sales-driving initiatives including ABP Planning, creating and cascading ongoing performance reporting for various internal audiences, and managing all back-end operational work related to distributors and retailers.

Accountabilities:
- Works in partnership with IT as the gatekeeper data integrity (VIP depletion data, Field Sales Structure, Distributor Segmentation, National Accounts Call point assignments)
- Build specialized tools to help the sales teams execute, provide reporting support and necessary training to the sales organization
- Designs and implements sales reports and tools to support all facets of the sales through automated scorecards and data visualization.
- Analyzes shipment, inventory, and depletion data to analyze distributor and channel performance. Reviews sales trends, inventory, and distribution performance to makes recommendations to improve the business

Skills Needed to Be Successful:
- 5-7 years of relevant analytical experience in a Finance, Marketing, or Business Analytics role ideally with CPG organization or data provider.
- Advanced experience with complex reporting to tools and presenting to executive stakeholders
- Strong project management skills. Must be able to translate sales/business needs into solutions and drive concepts from inceptions to reality.
