Role Purpose:

This position will support the efficient and effective operation of the packaging department. This includes assisting in the coordination and supervision of packaging activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, optimizing processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness, and fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.

Accountabilities & Impact:
  • Ensure compliance to our safety standards and promotion of a safe working environment.
  • Oversee assigned area of the Packaging Operations to ensure products are packaged according to established standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of product quality and consistency.)
  • Support the training and development of personnel, providing guidance on best practices, and equipment operation.
