This is an opportunity to help build a brand from the ground up with a small, entrepreneurial team in a role that will grow with the company.
 
What You’ll Do:
●      Execute sales and signature serve strategy in Tampa Bay and surrounding areas to achieve sales goals through quality placements that help build the brand at 25/75 split focus in On/Off trade with large focus in off-premise chains
●      Activate and create velocity at off-premise stores through in-store tastings
●      Work to establish and leverage Le Moné as the “must have” offerings in the aperitif/low alcohol category 
●      Develop relationships to establish Le Moné as the apéritif supplier of choice in key on and off premise partners to gain high-quality menu offerings, strategic placements, points of distribution, and POS placements to ensure brand foothold and velocity
●      Work with Le Moné distributor team to execute on sales goals, communicate brand strategy & programming, and develop incentives that drive sales
●      Work with Le Moné leadership to develop best in class sales strategy, creatively design programming, and develop impactful brand messaging that will resonate in market
●      Use social media to promote accounts, menus, placements, and activations in line with brand guidelines
●      Plan and coordinate sales-oriented programming, events, tastings, at in on and off premise accounts as well as festivals/markets
●      Develop a set of sales tools that will increase sell through at accounts, and help effectively communicate Le Moné messaging and cocktail strategy 
●      Evangelize the Le Moné brand and be its top advocate and the local face of the brand to consumers in the greater Tampa area
 
What You Bring:
●      2-4 years of experience in wine and spirits sales within the Florida market.
●      Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
●      Existing account list and relationships within On, Off trade as well as distributor
●      Strong knowledge of the wine and spirits industry, including key players, market trends, and consumer preferences.
●      Energetic and self-motivated with a passion for wine and spirits.
●      Experience with cocktail recipe development a plus
●      Personable, empathetic, outgoing, and loves to engage with people 
●      Works well under pressure, can adapt to different situations and feedback, and is able to juggle multiple responsibilities
●      Shows strong networking skills and ability to build and maintain relationships within accounts, communities and organizations 
●      Owning a car is a must
●      A creative mindset to develop programming, promotions, cocktails, messaging and strategies
●      Basic understanding of social media tools including Instagram to promote your wins
●      A high level of autonomy and independence to plan your days and use your time effectively
●      Customer service focused, going above and beyond to support your accounts
●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
●      Meticulous planning, organizational skills, and record-keeping
●      Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive programs
●      Basic understanding of VIP and other industry-standard reporting tools
●      Tampa area proximity preferred 
 
This job is based in Tampa Bay, Florida area and will require travel up to 60% of the time to surrounding areas. Working nights and weekends for festivals, markets, events, and tastings will be required at times.
 
Compensation: 
This job offers a competitive salary and is eligible for commissions/bonus.
