National Field Sales Manager

The role
Here at Huel, we make great-tasting products, but we know that success is not just about having great products. It's also about having great brand relationships and in store retail activations. So, we’re now looking for a seriously ambitious National Field Sales Manager to help us further grow our retail team and drive our sales in the U.S. 

Job Description:
  • Responsible for managing a team of field sales reps across the USA to ensure a successful launch into the speciality channel. 
  • Ensure excellent in-store execution on a national level. 
  • Coaching and training the team in sales and negotiations. 
  • Work through the team to turn store managers into brand advocates via education and activation programmes. 
  • Organizing the team to maximize store visits, national coverage and impact. 
  • Route planning and KPI tracking/management to ensure outstanding team performance. 
  • Run activations at regional and store level that generate excitement and sales. 

Requirements:
  • Experience managing a national or regional field marketing/sales team. 
  • An excellent manager who has a proven track record of leading successful teams. 
  • Has a track record of training and coaching new employees into professional and effective sales managers
  • Passionate about the Huel brand and what we’re trying to achieve. 
  • Will to roll up their sleeves and help build the field sales team from zero. 
  • Very organized with an ability to coordinate teams across the country in different regions and time zones. 
  • Valid state driver’s license for the posted state or territory, and reliable transportation in accordance with State requirements for motor vehicles.

Additional Requirements
  • Travel requirements across the United States.
  • Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement.
  • Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.
  • The ability to sit, stand, walk, and type for long periods of time.
  • Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.
