Overview
CAB Enterprises, Inc (“CAB Enterprises, or the “Company”) is the exclusive sales and customer service Company representing Electrolit in the United States. The primary objective of CAB Enterprises is to lead the growth of Electrolit sales in the United States.


Position Summary
The National Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing field-level marketing strategies to drive trial, sales growth, and brand awareness in the United States. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of marketing experience, strong people management skills, and the ability to create and execute a comprehensive national field marketing plan.


Location: Houston, TX


Principal Duties

  • Develop and execute a national marketing plan that drives trial in our most important markets across the nation
  • Develop plans & guide local field marketing teams in executing all national marketing programs that are relevant in the region to their fullest potential
  • Work with Commercial teams to develop 360-degree marketing activations to bring our local marketing investments to life at retail
  • Manage a team of local field marketers located across the country and work collaboratively with other marketing functions, distributor partners, Business Units, and Commercialization Teams to develop, communicate, and execute the promotional plan for the respective region
  • Manage the national field marketing budget, evaluate and manage all local sponsorship agreements, coordinate and execute event plans, and work with Commercial Teams to activate marketing investments in trade
  • Lead the communication of marketing initiatives to the local sales & distribution teams
  • Be the local face to our global brand
  • Help support and enhance activation on site with a strong focus on consumer
  • Evaluate and manage all local sponsorship agreements including Consumer Engagement

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong communication, planning, and project management skills
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of local market geography
  • Ability to create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Highly collaborative personality, always in search of the best solutions to create win-win situations
  • Self-starter but able to take direction, ability to work both independently and as a team player

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field
  • At least five (5) years of marketing and sales experience in Beverage CPG industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills; PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficient knowledge of all Social Media platforms

Other Requirements

  • Travel up to 50%
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
