Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team of a leading coffee brand. This position will assist in the execution of various marketing initiatives, including partnership events, and provide key administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The Marketing Coordinator will support the team in a variety of areas, including but not limited to:

- Financial Administration: Assist with budget management, PO requests, invoice tracking, reconciliation, and accruals.
- Support for B2B Sales Team: Assist with ad-hoc activation requests, including customer and distribution partner events (e.g., barista setup, sustainability initiatives).
- Point of Sale (POS) Management: Brief and order custom collateral for events, and track POS materials and print-on-demand requests.
- Internal Meetings & Event Coordination: Plan and support internal meetings, trainings, and customer events, including beverage options and accessories. Ensure timely ordering and tracking of supplies through the internal system.
- Budget Support: Aid in managing the Marketing/B2B team’s budget structures and PO requests for project jobs.
- Program and SKU Development: Collaborate with internal teams and project managers on the development of promotional SKUs and bundling logistics.
- Free Goods Tracking: Track and report Free Goods spending and commitment.
- Sponsorships & Partnerships: Research potential associations and sponsorships for B2B participation. Evaluate proposed events, providing a POV that includes reach, cost, and ROI.
- Event Reporting: Create SmartEval reports and recaps for all events, providing key insights and feedback.
- Event Organization: Coordinate internal events such as the Annual Sales Meeting, ensuring seamless execution.
- Brand Consistency: Support the team in standardizing the visual look and feel for various event types and ensuring consistency across materials.
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 1+ years of experience in sales or marketing within the out-of-home market
- Experience in creating and printing marketing materials
- Project management experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track and analyze project status within the marketing plan
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to continuous improvement and problem-solving
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across departments
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to conduct online research and utilize analytics tools
- Completion of MVR and Background Release required
