Premier Hot Beverage Client
Role: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY (will support national programs)
Work hours: flexible, 2-3 days in office, 2-3 days remote/in field
Position length: 6 months with possible extension
Salary: $75,000 annual (non-negotiable)
Key Responsibilities: This position is responsible in assisting Marketing Managers in execution of all marketing activities including partnership events. Position will also be responsible to support team in administrative functions (outlined below)
· Financial Administration: support budget management, PO requests, shipping/invoice tracking, reconciliation, and accruals
· Support B2B Sales Team: Ad-hoc activation requests at customer environments (barista set up, after work sustainability, etc.) or for Distribution Partners
· Point of Sale: Brief in custom/new collateral for events. Order, track standard POS/off Print on Demand
· Internal Meetings: Help to plan and facilitate internal meetings. Trainings, customer events. Includes list of beverage options and accessories needed (ordered and tracked for delivery in an internal system)
· Support the management of budget structures which are assigned to the Marketing/B2B team as well as request PO’s for project jobs.
· Work with internal teams and project mangers on the development of program/promotional SKUs, bundling logistics. Where applicable, track the Free Goods spending/commitment
· Research different associations and sponsorships which B2B can participate in/at. Evaluate proposed events from the field. Provide POV including expected reach, cost and ROI.
· Create SmartEval and recaps for all events
· Organization of internal events (e.g. Annual Sales Meeting)
· Supports with standardizing look of success for varying event types
Required Experience
· BA/BS Degree
· 1+ years of experience in sales or marketing in the out of home market
· Experience creating/printing marketing materials
· Experience in project management is a plus
· Strong attention to detail, operational workflow dynamics to effectively track and analyze the status within the marketing plan/projects
· Ability to multitask and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline-oriented environment
· Excellent communication skills
· Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to problem solve
· Highly motivated, one wo takes initiative, inspires confidence to work independently, and in support of department goals and business objectives
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels and work across a fast-paced environment
· Strong analytics and proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
· Ability to use resources online for marketing research and analytics
