We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Caboo Products. This role is perfect for someone with 1-3 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry and a basic understanding of the retail sales channel. You are passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to a growing company. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and excited to take on a diverse set of responsibilities. This position will report to the Marketing Director and play a pivotal role on our small marketing team, supporting a wide range of initiatives—from campaign coordination and digital marketing to corporate responsibility and event planning.
Role Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Coordination
● Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (DTC, digital shopper marketing, paid ads, etc.).
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time and within scope.
● Support shopper marketing activations, including digital eCommerce campaigns (Instacart, WFMOA), point-of-sale (POS) materials, coupons (including IRCs), and in-store promotions.
● Track and report on campaign and marketing initiative performance metrics, providing initial insights and recommendations for improvement.
Digital & eCommerce Marketing
● DTC Site Management: Assist in updating product listings, pricing, and promotional content on the DTC site to ensure accurate, appealing, and on-brand presentation.
● eCommerce Listings: Help maintain product listings on retailer ecommerce platforms, ensuring product descriptions, imagery, and promotional offers are current and aligned with brand standards.
● Amazon Brand Presence: Support updates to the Amazon brand page and product listing pages (PLPs), ensuring product images, copy, and branding are consistent and compelling. - THIS MAY BE cREATIVE /DESIGNER
● Digital Campaigns: Assist in monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid media channels. Tasks include targeting recommendations, basic asset coordination, and performance tracking and reporting.
● Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints, including DTC site content, retailer pages, and social channels.
Data Analysis & Optimization
● Collect and interpret data from analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify dashboards, email platforms) to monitor website traffic, eCommerce performance, email marketing campaigns, and digital ad effectiveness.
● Prepare routine reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Marketing Director’s review, providing basic data-driven insights.
● Assist in optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Initiatives
● Assist in coordinating corporate responsibility (CSR) initiatives in collaboration with partners, non-profits, and other organizations to support sustainable and community-focused campaigns.
● Participate in outreach efforts, keeping stakeholders informed of timelines, milestones, and impact reports.
Event Planning and Coordination
● Assist in organizing trade shows and promotional events, including researching venues, coordinating vendors, and managing event logistics.- RENATA?
Marketing Administrative Support
● Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
● Assist with invoices, budget tracking, and maintaining organized records of marketing collateral, contracts, and assets.
● Evaluate sampling capabilities and coordinate future samples for marketing purposes.
● Update and maintain sales materials, toolkits, and brand collateral in alignment with brand guidelines. - CREATIVE / DESIGNER?
Other Marketing Duties
● Update standard templates, marketing documents, and basic design elements under senior team guidance.
● Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Director and team, taking on additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
● 1-3 years of experience within the consumer-packaged goods industry and familiarity with the retail sales channel.
● Passionate about Caboo’s mission to create a more sustainable paper category that benefits the health of people and the planet.
● Demonstrated experience with digital marketing channels and basic analytic tools (e.g., Shopify, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms).
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and suggest basic improvements.
● Creative thinking and strong copywriting skills are a plus.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude.
● Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
