Fedway Associates, New Jersey's largest distributor of alcohol beverages, has an opportunity for a Wine and Spirits Manager responsible for managing relationships with casinos and non-casino accounts. This role will be based out of Southern NJ, including, but not limited to Atlantic County.

This role will focus on both individual casino restaurants and other high profile accounts in southern New Jersey. Responsibilities will include managing relationships with casinos and non-casino accounts, identifying new and expanded opportunities, meeting customer beverage needs and executing events.

Key Responsibilities
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with F & B managers at casino property restaurants and bars. 
Meetings with F & B management to identify opportunities for wines by the glass, by the bottle and spirits.
o Identify opportunities and understand the beverage needs and preferences, and tailor offerings accordingly.
o Bring any issues or concerns related to the products or services provided to our Casino management team.
o Promote and sell Fedway’s portfolio of wines and spirits to casino clients.
o Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products by dissecting menus in each of the venues and individual restaurants. Being able to highlight opportunities on menus and then presenting items to fill the opportunities.
o Stay informed about market trends, including new products, popular brands, and industry developments.
o Use market insights to advise casinos on emerging trends and recommend suitable products.
o Provide detailed information and training about the distributor’s products to casino staff.
o Organize and conduct tastings or product presentations to educate casino teams and enhance their beverage offerings.
o Collaborate with casinos on special events such as wine/ spirits tastings, launch parties, gifting or other promotional events.
o Ensure that all aspects of the event, from product supply to presentation, meet high standards and are properly executed.
o Collect and analyze feedback from casino clients to improve service and product offerings and report them to Casino management.
o Provide regular reports for management on sales performance, client satisfaction, and market trends.
o Ensure that all products and transactions comply with local regulations and licensing requirements.
o Stay up to date with any changes in the legal landscape affecting alcohol distribution.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5 years minimum, Hospitality experience
• WSET and/or Sommelier Certifications
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Diver program or other similar tracking systems preferred.
• Experience in the beverage industry is preferred.
• Passion for the beverage industry and knowledge of brands and trends a plus.

Physical Demands:
• Must be able to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and smell occasionally.
• Must be able to lift or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
