Market Manager - New York/New Jersey

Key Account Management

-        Serve as the primary “face” of the brand with key customers & consumers in the market
-        Develop strong partnerships with key retailers and on premise accounts (particularly in the luxury hotel, tourism and concession channels) to increase BTL SVC visibility and velocity
-        Execute on KPIs for distribution, volume and brand activation in the market
-        Plan & oversee all brand activations (promotional samplings, events, etc.) and manage local brand ambassadors
-        Manage & track compliance across all national accounts  

Distributor Management

-        Build strong relationships with sales reps and sales managers at our distributor partners including regular work-withs in the field
-        Work with Region Director and national leadership to develop distributor programming and market activations
-        Regularly engage distributors regarding brand including performance reviews, planning and general sales meetings
-        Manage local budgets including price support, market programming and trade activations


-        At least 4-5 years sales experience in beverage alcohol.  Experience working with distributors is a must
-        Results-driven, positive self-starter with strong attention to detail and capacity to manage time, engage a wide variety of audiences and execute on goals
-        Excellent capabilities in business communication (including Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.), presentation, negotiation and persuasion
-        Passion for the industry and desire to be part of a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture
-        Ability to travel 25% of time  
-        Possession of a valid drivers license
