Director of Core Brands - Voodoo
This position is responsible for leading the development and execution of brand strategies for the Voodoo Ranger portfolio. This role will oversee the brand process and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. The Director of Brands collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and achieve business objectives.

Starting Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00

Essential Duties:
- Create and implement a comprehensive and modern brand strategy that aligns with the company's goals, market trends, and brand's growth objectives.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate breakthrough campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Manage and review market research to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform brand strategies.
- Drive incremental volume, revenue, and profit growth by leading end-to-end project development and execution, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery while addressing consumer needs to guide product innovation and positioning.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns.
- Develop compelling narratives and presentations to share brand strategies and updates with senior leadership and key partners.
- Foster strong collaboration across cross functional teams inclusive of PR, New Product Development, Consumer Insights, Sales Leadership, and Field & Activation Marketing to ensure alignment on brand priorities.
- Lead Communications, Product Innovation, and Community Management for the brand.
- Develop and lead team to drive collaboration and performance; provide direction, support, and guidance while addressing challenges and promoting coworker well-being.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/ Experience/Skills:
- Requires 8+ years of experience in brand management, preferably with the beverage or CPG industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing brands.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, brand positioning, and market dynamics.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate strategies to all levels of the organization.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading projects from concept to launch.
- Experience in collaboration and effective communication to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
