The Role of Brand Ambassador is connecting brands with consumers thru storytelling and engagement, our Educators are dynamic and enjoy helping spread awareness and insights of the brands we represent. We embody the brands values and mission of our partners via in person activations with consumers in various locations across New York State. Our Best brand ambassadors can easily navigate conversations around the products attributes and share easily with consumer what to expect from trial and eventual purchases. We gather feedback directly from consumer and collect insights to share in real time with our partners. We believe in responsible consumption.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Display product and direct customers to specified products.
2. Answer customer's questions and concerns about product.
3. Explain qualities of product thru education and storytelling.
4..Be charismatic and tell a story to help bring our clients brands to life in a retail setting
- Must be 21 years or older Valid NYS Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation required
- Flexibility to be able to work evening & weekends
- Assertive and positive attitude
- Ethical and positive approach
- Possess drive; goal-oriented
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers, demonstrates an energetic attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
- Knowledge of Cannabis and or Beer, Wine and spirits and confidence to describe and represent in the most professional manner
- Legal and Compliance Accountability. Maintain all legal and marketing code guidelines for the state of NY SLA and our partners
