Your role encompasses collaboration with import partners, enhancing our product portfolio, and working synergistically with our Marketing, Sales, and Production teams, as well as external agencies and trade partners. You will be instrumental in expanding Tromba’s market presence, driving sales, and increasing market share. Position Description
  • Act as a vital contributor to Tromba’s growth story, implementing our marketing and communication strategies in key markets.
  • Spearheaded the launch of innovative premium SKUs including Cafeto Crafted Coffee Liqueur and Cedano Ultra Premium Tequila.
  • Lead and inspire a dynamic team of marketing professionals, balancing creative inputs, project management, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with brand founders and consultants to actualize the Tromba Brand Strategy and support the execution of trade marketing strategies with national distribution partners in the US and Canada.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing plans with our importing partners.
  • Coordinate the creation and implementation of trade marketing plans and activity calendars.
  • Align efforts with our sales/brand ambassador and distribution teams to realize marketing and trade marketing objectives.
  • Craft strategies with social media and PR teams to amplify market presence, with a focus on the on-premise segment.
  • Implement a POS strategy to enhance brand advocacy within the trade.
  • Facilitate Master Distiller market visits.
  • Organize experiential trips to Guadalajara for stakeholders.
  • Develop and distribute training and educational materials for new activations.
  • Stay attuned to market trends, seasonal dynamics, and consumer behaviors relevant to on and off-premise activations.

Required Skills and Qualification 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/trade marketing within the US spirits industry.
  • Proficient in managing social media and PR teams.
  • A deep-seated passion for marketing, brand development, and creating captivating activations.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective idea and information sharing.
  • Keen awareness of trends in marketing, media, design, and the food & beverage industry.
  • Outstanding organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Flexibility, attention to detail, and deadline orientation.
  • Strong time management skills with a knack for prioritizing projects.
