WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
TEAM is scouting for a rugged individual to step into the boots of a Grizzly Brand Champion. Represent a titan in the nicotine industry, introducing a trailblazing product that’s set to redefine the landscape. This role isn’t for the faint of heart—it demands a champion of local lore with a knack for turning a "no" into a "yes," a stalwart who’s as comfortable in the wild as they are in city streets. Our Grizzly Brand Champion will spearhead initiatives in Sales, Market Activation, and Customer Activations, directly reporting to the Regional Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Local Business Development:
· Map out a territory of key on-premise and off-premise accounts to heighten brand visibility.
· Forge robust relationships with pivotal accounts and local influencers to widen distribution and deepen brand penetration.
· Chase down fresh opportunities with unique retailers and venues, opening new channels to amplify sales.
· Cement contracts with strategically vital venues that bolster long-term brand commitments.
· Drive sales through disciplined strategies focused on product and brand-specific promotions.
Account Management:
· Fire up premium activations that boost consumer interest and brand loyalty.
· Keep service regular and responsive, ensuring smooth operations and consistent support.
· Wear the mantle of Brand Expert/Ambassador, bringing authentic narratives to every interaction to elevate brand stature and sales potential.
Consumer Activations:
· Embody the brand spirit in every customer interaction, educating and igniting enthusiasm.
· Oversee all facets of event management from setup to breakdown, ensuring each one is a testament to the brand’s ethos.
· Pinpoint and seize event opportunities that align with the brand’s cultural relevance.
Administrative:
· Be the linchpin in our communications, championing our successes and tackling challenges head-on with actionable solutions.
· Stay sharp on compliance and industry regulations, ensuring all activities meet the highest standards of integrity and lawfulness.
WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD
· A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited institution.
· A robust background in experiential marketing, especially in F/B or hospitality.
· An unmatched drive to forge relationships and achieve results, backed by a proven track record.
· Availability for non-traditional hours and readiness for event-centric responsibilities.
