This is a full time, salaried position focused on supporting new sales and distribution of an exciting new Hard Seltzer brand…Play Hard from Playboy Spirits  This role is responsible for opening doors, expanding brand presence and gaining visibility.  This is a great opportunity for someone who is not afraid of hard work and hustle.  Success in this role requires you being able to impact sales growth in your market. 
 
Major Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice-President of Sales, the Field Sales Manager has a strategic and tactical role in achieving distribution and depletion goals for their assigned territory.
 
The FSM position requires a team-oriented, passionate, and committed sales driven professional with a desire to work in fast-paced, sales focused environments. 

The FSM will have the following responsibilities:
  •      Drive sales and distribution growth throughout territory.
  •      Aggressively pursue new accounts and foster relationships with current account base
  •      Communicate account activity to local distributor partners, distributor representatives, and management teams.
  •      Educate & support distributor representatives.
  •      Plan and manage individual time and activities to maximize sales volume within territory.

About The Schedule
  •      Unconventional and nontraditional work hours will be required.  You will be asked to work some evenings and weekends, as necessary.
  •      4 to 5 days a week in the field/1 day of admin work
  •      Consistent calls to local retail buyers, decision makers, and key account managers
  •      Regular distributor ride-along
 
Execution Based Compensation
Competitive base salary and incentive-based bonus opportunity.  
 
Your incentive-based compensation will be solely based on your ability to execute and report each KPI.  All executions reported on must be verified through distributor sales reports and/or completed reporting.  To be considered complete, reporting must adhere to all reporting guidelines as outlined in the program training materials.
