This role provides strategic leadership, aligning IT services with business objectives to ensure effective delivery and performance management.

Overview
The Senior Director of Human Capital Management Technology leads the Corporate Systems functional team, overseeing all HR and Legal technologies to support these business areas. This role provides strategic leadership, aligning IT services with business objectives to ensure effective delivery and performance management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead technical teams to deliver IT services and platforms for Human Resources, providing leadership, direction, and performance management.
- Develop and implement vision and strategy for technology teams, balancing short-term tactics with long-term strategic direction.
- Prioritize and plan strategic technological initiatives to enhance business processes, aligning them with enterprise architecture.
- Oversee the evaluation, deployment, and management of technologies following agile and standard SDLC principles.
- Engage third-party partners to address internal talent gaps in delivering and maintaining HR and Legal technology platforms.
- Ensure compliance with agile and PPMO practices in departmental solutions delivery.
- Collaborate with IT Architecture leadership to align HR and Legal technology solutions with SGWS's technology vision, communicating standards and strategy to business stakeholders.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators for the Human Resources & Legal Solutions group, providing regular updates on progress.
- Develop and manage the department's operational and capital investment plans, aligning with OCIO practices.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to leaders within the HCM technology team.
- Drive employee engagement and execute performance management and talent development for the HCM technology team.
- Cultivate a departmental culture that reflects the HEART values of SGWS.
- Build strong relationships with strategic solution partners to maximize value for SGWS.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in a leadership role managing Human Resources & Legal technology solutions.
- Basic understanding of HR & Legal concepts, including Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Payroll, Human Capital, Procurement, Facilities, and Real Estate.
- Proficiency of relevant technologies, especially SAP S4, SuccessFactors, OpenText, UKG Dimensions, Navex, Contract Lifecycle Management, and ServiceNow HRSD.
- Experience in application development and management in HR and Legal functional areas.
- Strong understanding of agile practices and enterprise architecture management.
- Familiarity with IT governance and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a related field.
- Proven track record in managing and mentoring team members.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in strategic planning and problem-solving.
- PMP certification and PMI expertise.
- HR and/or Legal functional experience.
