The Senior Manager, Consumer Insights will engage and influence the Moët Hennessy Marketing community with consumer insight that will drive the growth of our brands and business. This role serves as a strategic partner for the Bubbles & Wines business team across goal setting, strategy development, brand performance management and growth opportunity identification. It also supports MHUSA's continued commitment to fostering a spirit of consumer-centricity and data-driven decision making across the enterprise.

Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

Insights Strategy & Transversal Priorities: 25%
- Collaborates with Director of Consumer Insights to:
- Develop and execute the Consumer Pulse program, bringing trends, consumer empathy, and thought leadership to the broad organization & inspiring action
- Build annual cross-brand/ transversal learning priorities & budget
- Develops a learning agenda for Bubbles & Wines, in strong partnership with Brand team
- Reviews new and existing external vendors to ensure we are using the best tools and partners to advance our learning
Project Leadership: 50%
- Understands business objectives/goals & key knowledge gaps that will drive decisions, and translates these into research projects with clear goals and objectives
- Manages process with research agencies from briefing à development of study à delivery of high quality deliverables. For DIY solutions/tools, manages the full project
- Leverages existing data sets (custom and syndicated) to address strategic and tactical questions as much as possible before doing new research
- Inputs into analysis managed by Business Intelligence team (e.g. category diagnostics)
Influencing Brand Strategy & Actions: 25%
- Is the critical and objective voice of the consumer; acts as an internal consultant in business
- Helps embed consumer-driven decision making in the Bubbles team and beyond by:
- Bringing insightful analysis that reframe perspectives and unlock opportunities
- Developing impactful stories to inspire action in the business
- Is highly connected to the Brand teams and makes significant contribution to development of Bubbles & Wines brand strategies (strategic plans); Coaches and challenges Brand teams to ensure they are on strategy with consumer-oriented programs
- Facilitates sessions to connect dots across knowledge base achieve insight generation
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of market research and insights experience
- Comfort with quantitative and qualitative techniques
- Ability to connect the dots across data sets
- Experience developing insights & implications to drive brand strategy
- Understanding of brand marketing and commercial business drivers
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and adaptability
- Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities.
