Team Overview

The Transformation & Change Management Office (TCMO) is a new department driving organizational efficiencies and standardizing business processes. As leaders of enterprise-wide transformations like NorthStar, the TCMO is responsible for end-to-end project delivery and program adoption.

As part of the TCMO, the Change Management Office (CMO) supports change initiatives by providing a range of services, including but not limited to stakeholder communication planning, measuring readiness, adoption, engagement, and supporting the rollout and training of new products and processes.

Role Overview

The Change Management Strategy Manager will serve as a key architect in driving SGWS' transformational initiatives, designing and executing strategic approaches that ensure smooth adoption of change across all levels of the organization. This dynamic role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to create cohesive, targeted change management plans and messaging that align with broader business objectives. As a strategic leader, the OCM Strategy Manager will work closely with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, ensuring seamless collaboration and consistent communication to empower leadership engagement and foster user adoption.

With a focus on delivering compelling, purpose-driven content, this role will ensure all communications reflect the initiative's objectives, progress, and potential risks. This includes developing engaging collateral to guide stakeholders through change, while effectively mitigating challenges and promoting smooth transitions across the enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategies to support SGWS cross functional initiatives and projects as it pertains to change management and messaging.
  • Collaborate with OCM team to ensure alignment & effective communication while developing supportive collateral for Leadership Engagement and end user adoption.
  • All content will be in sync with change initiative purpose and progress with risk mitigation content, as needed.
  • Manage script & ghost writing
  • Accountable for written stakeholder communications
  • Owns text content on OCM website
  • Track & provide written content for all communication channels (Newsletters, etc)
  • Administer and track email campaigns
  • Manage meeting/ notes, invites, agenda, purpose, follow-up with stakeholders
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Five (5) or more years of successful communications experience with proven track record of success with different target audiences (executives to end users)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education from an accredited university is preferred. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
  • Strong organizational and written communication skills
  • High degree of comfort with MS PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal as well as the ability to self-direct
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Preferred experience within beverage industry and/or direct change management experience


Physical Demands

  • Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
