In this role, you will
- Integrates local market(s) intelligence into the planning process
- Own market(s) performance management processes, strategic planning, and forecasting.
- Facilitates communication among local market leadership, commercial finance, and FP&A teams.
- Evaluates metrics to track specific market trends, identify opportunities, clearly communicate recommendations, and collaborate with business leaders to maximize effectiveness
- Develop preliminary Financial Growth Targets and KPIs to assess division performance.
- Monitors profit margins and identifies opportunities to drive overall profitability.
- Provides input to Commercial Finance and Revenue Management regarding pricing opportunities.
What you bring to RNDC
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or another business-related field of study preferred;
- Two or more years’ related experience in the wholesale beverage alcohol industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
- Travel requirements could be up to 20%.
