The New Product Development & Quality Manager (NPD & Quality Manager) plays a critical role in driving innovation while ensuring high-quality standards across all RADIUS products. This dual-role position oversees the development of new products from concept to launch and manages quality control processes for current product lines. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong project management skills and a passion for sustainable product development.

·        Lead and coordinate all phases of new product development from ideation, prototyping, and testing to commercialization.

·        Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, manufacturing, sourcing, and sales) meet key milestones.

·        Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product designs align with sustainability goals, cost targets, and market demands.

·        Oversee prototype development, product testing, and regulatory compliance requirements.

·        Identify and mitigate risks during the product development process, ensuring on-time and successful product launches.

·        Maintain comprehensive documentation for product specifications, processes, and testing protocols.

·        Develop and implement quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) procedures for both new and existing products.

·        Conduct product inspections, audits, and evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

·        Partner with manufacturing teams to improve process efficiency and reduce defects.

·        Investigate and resolve product quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

·        Collaborate with suppliers to maintain high-quality material sourcing and vendor compliance.

·        Ensure all products meet domestic and international compliance standards.

·        Bachelor's degree in engineering, product development, quality management, or a related field (Master's preferred).

·        5+ years of experience in product development, project management, or quality control, preferably in consumer goods or manufacturing.

·        Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from concept to launch.

·        Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory standards, and compliance (ISO, FDA, or equivalent).

·        Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

·        Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
